At Tripz.uk, we’re here to make your motorhome hire experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible—from the moment you book to the moment you return.

To help speed things up and give you a confident start to your journey, we’ve created a handover video specific to your motorhome.

We kindly ask that you watch this video before collection day.
On the Day of Collection
When you arrive at our Huddersfield depot, our team will:
Perform a walkaround inspection to check for any existing damage
Review and sign the rental agreement with you (stored securely in your Tripz.uk account)
Answer any questions you have before you hit the road
The full handover takes around 30–45 minutes, so please allow time before setting off.
Need More Flexibility? Add These Options When Making Your Booking:
Guaranteed Early Collection — pick up your motorhome anytime from 08:00
Guaranteed Late Return — drop off your motorhome anytime up to 20:00
Both options are subject to availability and at an additional cost.
Returning Your Motorhome
When your adventure comes to an end, please return the motorhome by 12:00
(unless you’ve selected late return, or an alternative time has been agreed).
Upon return, we will:
Carry out a visual inspection for any new damage
Complete the final section of the rental agreement with you
Perform a detailed internal and external check after drop-off
If everything is in order, your £1500 security deposit will be refunded. This typically
takes up to 7 days to process and may take up to 10 days to reach your account.
If there’s any damage or deductions, we’ll contact you right away with a breakdown
of costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
Unauthorised Late Returns
To keep your insurance valid, you must inform us immediately if you expect to return
the motorhome later than agreed.
Late returns without notice may result in additional charges as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Production of a full, valid standard photo driver’s licence, as well as an online licence check code and two proofs of address, from separate sources, are required from all drivers at the start of hire.
Proof of address must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The name and
address on your licence must match both documents.
A security deposit is payable before hire commences.
For standard bookings - £1500
For bookings with CDW - £250
Occupancy is as the stated number of passengers.
Drivers are 25 to 79 years of age.
Drivers must not have more than two minor (3-point) convictions in the last five
years. If your licence shows more than this, or includes any other conviction codes
(e.g. IN10, MS90, DD, DR) or bans, please contact us before continuing.
UK & European Adventures Only
Our motorhome is a smoke free zone.
Pet owners you’re responsible to ensure your pet is well behaved, as outlined in our
pet policy.
Our motorhome must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. If not, cleaning
charges will be payable.
Toilet must be empty and clean upon return otherwise charges will be payable.
You must inform us of any late collections & returns as soon as possible for
insurance purposes.
You are responsible for the vehicle: ensuring it’s safety and security.
You will drive lawfully with due care and attention at all times.
