When Chris and the family started this Tripz.uk motorhome hire adventure the aim was (and is) to have a website that’s simple to use, easy for people to hire a motorhome when they want, 365 days a year 24/7.
The website launched 1st week in December.
Challenges were overcome and worked around, some of the development was tricky getting done what we wanted to happen; the team found a way and it was done. Thanks to a great team Tina, Natalie and Fabi, they really did pull out all the stops.
We knew we were asking a lot of our marketing and development team but when we book a holiday or staycation in the UK we want to get it done there and then: no messing around, check dates, book a holiday, pay what needs to be paid – sorted!
So, before Tripz.uk went live we asked a sample group who had not been working on our website to test it for us; our financial team, customers, friends and family.
We were chuffed with the results and comments. We took onboard all feedback, and we implemented some small adjustments and tweaks to buttons and text to try to ensure people had an effortless and straightforward experience when browsing and booking. Thanks to everyone who took the time to help us test the site.
