When you arrive at our depot, we want to ensure that you have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Our dedicated team will give you a thorough tour of the motorhome, explaining how all the equipment works and go over our basic rules of hire.

Pickup & Return Times

At Tripz.uk, our standard collection time to pick up a motorhome is at 15:00.

Additionally, we’ll carefully review the rental agreement and ask you to sign both copies. We know your time is valuable, and this process usually takes around 45 minutes. So, we kindly ask you to allow some extra time before you embark on your journey. This way, you’ll be fully equipped with all the necessary information, ready to embrace your adventure with confidence and excitement.

Upon the conclusion of your unforgettable journey, we kindly request that you return our motorhomes by 10:00 am. This allows us to thoroughly clean and prepare the vehicle for our next customer’s exceptional experience.

During the return process, we will carefully assess the motorhome for any noticeable damage and request you to complete the final sections of the rental agreement.

Subsequently, the motorhome will undergo a comprehensive final inspection. If everything is in order, we will promptly return your security deposit. Please note that the security deposit refund may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.

In the unlikely event that we discover any issues with the motorhome, we will promptly inform you of the costs to address these concerns. Any remaining balances will be refunded accordingly.

Late Returns

To ensure your insurance coverage remains valid it’s essential to inform us as soon as possible in case of a late return. Our team is here to assist you, and we appreciate your prompt communication. Please be aware that late returns may result in additional charges, as specified in our terms & conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our team. At Tripz.uk, we want to ensure that your motorhome hire experience is smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free. To help make that happen, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules in a friendly and respectful manner:

Valid Driver’s Licence: Please present a full, valid standard photo driver’s licence at the start of your hire. Additionally, provide an online licence check code and two proofs of address from separate sources. The proofs of address should be dated within 90 days of the hire date. Ensure that the name and address on your licence match both documents.

Occupancy: The number of passengers must not exceed the stated capacity of the motorhome. This is important for everyone’s safety and comfort.

Age Restrictions: Drivers must be between 25 and 79 years of age to hire our motorhomes.

UK & European Adventures Only: Our motorhomes are to be used for UK adventures and European adventures only. We kindly request that you enjoy your travels within the beautiful landscapes of the United Kingdom and Europe. We accept driving license’s from the UK, European and Commonwealth Countries.

Smoke-Free Zone: To maintain a fresh and pleasant environment for all our customers, our motorhomes are strictly smoke-free. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the interior free from smoke and odours.

Pet Policy: Pet owners are welcome to bring their furry friends along for the journey. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your pet is well-behaved and follows our pet policy guidelines. Please refer to our pet policy for more details.

Clean and Tidy Return: We kindly ask that you return the motorhome in a clean and tidy condition. If additional cleaning is required upon return, cleaning charges may apply. We appreciate your effort in leaving the motorhome as you found it.

Timely Communication: Please inform us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your planned collection or return times. This is important for insurance purposes and helps us ensure a smooth handover process.

Vehicle Responsibility: As the hirer, you are responsible for the safety and security of the motorhome during the rental period. Please take care of the vehicle and keep it secure at all times.

Drive with Care: Drive lawfully, responsibly, and with due care and attention at all times. Your safety, the safety of your passengers, and that of other road users are of utmost importance.

Breach of Terms and Conditions: While we believe in a friendly and trusting relationship with our customers, we may need to charge for any breaches of our terms and conditions. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions for further details.
