When you arrive at our depot, we want to ensure that you have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Our dedicated team will give you a thorough tour of the motorhome, explaining how all the equipment works and go over our basic rules of hire.

Pickup & Return Times

At Tripz.uk, our standard collection time to pick up a motorhome is at 15:00.

Additionally, we’ll carefully review the rental agreement and ask you to sign both copies.

We know your time is valuable, and this process usually takes around 45 minutes. So, we kindly ask you to allow some extra time before you embark on your journey. This way, you’ll be fully equipped with all the necessary information, ready to embrace your adventure with confidence and excitement.

Upon the conclusion of your unforgettable journey, we kindly request that you return our motorhomes by 10:00 am. This allows us to thoroughly clean and prepare the vehicle for our next customer’s exceptional experience.

During the return process, we will carefully assess the motorhome for any noticeable damage and request you to complete the final sections of the rental agreement.

Subsequently, the motorhome will undergo a comprehensive final inspection. If everything is in order, we will promptly return your security deposit. Please note that the security deposit refund may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.

In the unlikely event that we discover any issues with the motorhome, we will promptly inform you of the costs to address these concerns. Any remaining balances will be refunded accordingly.

Late Returns

To ensure your insurance coverage remains valid it’s essential to inform us as soon as possible in case of a late return. Our team is here to assist you, and we appreciate your prompt communication.

Production of a full, valid standard photo driver’s licence, as well as an online licence check code and two proofs of address, from separate sources, are required from all drivers at the start of hire.

Proof of address must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The name and address on your licence must match both documents.

Occupancy is as the stated number of passengers.

Drivers are 25 to 79 years of age.

UK & European Adventures Only – We accept driving licences from the UK, European and Commonwealth Countries.

Our motorhome is a smoke free zone.

Pet owners you’re responsible to ensure your pet is well behaved, as outlined in our pet policy.

Our motorhome must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. If not, unfortunately, cleaning charges will be payable.

You must inform us of any late collections & returns as soon as possible for insurance purposes.

You are responsible for the vehicle: ensuring it’s safety and security.

You will drive lawfully with due care and attention at all times.
